Refunds & Returns: We do not offer full refunds on handmade items. Partial refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. After review, we will determine the appropriate partial refund amount.
Exchanges: Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
